We’re excited to announce that the CPOP now offers the ability to set daily default capacities for each service category. This means that users can set individual capacities for each day of the week, rather than setting a single default capacity per category. If a company doesn’t offer HVAC services on the weekend, for example, they can set a capacity of 0 on Saturday and Sunday without affecting the other days of the week.
Because a service category’s capacity determines what specials will be advertised online, this new feature helps clients further maximize their return on investment.
To access this feature, go to Settings and navigate to the Offer Automation tier. Under each service category, there is a new “Configure Daily Default Capacities” button. After clicking on it, go ahead and enter your default capacities for each day of the week and then save. Be sure to note that saving new capacities will not affect the current 3-day callboard window.
