The Premier level identifies advertising agencies that Google trusts most to help other businesses succeed in their work, and it is the highest designation a member can receive.
In order to become a Premier Google Partner, an agency must meet strict requirements in three categories: certification, ad spend, and performance. Regarding certification, the agency must have at least 50% of users with updated Google Ads certifications in Search, Display, and Video. In terms of ad spend, the agency must meet a 90-day ad spend requirement of $20,000 USD across its managed accounts to show that they have a healthy amount of activity. The last criteria, performance, is based on the revenue growth and retention of the agency’s clients, and its growth in overall revenue and number of advertisers.
