The CPOP is always improving, and its latest upgrade includes a revamp of the Google My Business (GMB) feature. GMB now has its own tab within the CPOP menu, with links to Reviews, Reputation, and Posts.
Under Reviews, users can view all of their GMB reviews in one place and even reply to them directly from within the CPOP. The reviews are organized by date by default, but users can also sort by reviewer, reply, and rating, as well as search for specific reviews. Since most potential customers check online reviews before visiting or booking a business, it’s crucial to check them on a regular basis and respond in a timely fashion, and the CPOP makes it easy to do so.
In Reputation, users can track their company’s reputation history, viewing their average rating and number of reviews over the course of the past 12 months.
Finally, the Posts tab allows users to view and create new GMB posts, which are key to keeping a business’s online presence current with accurate and timely information. Users can add COVID alerts, events, offers, or general updates to let potential customers know what’s new and interesting. GMB posts only last one week, so it’s a good idea to add them regularly.
With these additions, businesses can now easily and conveniently manage their GMB accounts—without ever having to log out of the CPOP. It’s just one of the reasons the CPOP is the most game-changing technology available in the home services space.
